Chapter 2 — Write like you talk
Most people don't write because they are waiting to have something important to say. They never will. Important comes out of volume.
I wrote every day for eight months. No post was perfect and the first forty were read by almost nobody. The forty-first was read by twelve thousand. The talent did not change, the frequency did.
Chapter 3 — The company is not a family
"We're a family" usually shows up when something is being asked for that isn't being paid for. We are a team. Teams have roles, targets and contracts.
I left employment in 2026, not out of anger but out of arithmetic.
